Capt. Tom Hughes is an Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide and guides full time.  He has been fishing for over 30 years and guiding 'the salt' since 2000.  He specializes in teaching (when needed) how to use fly or light tackle spinning equipment in order to catch striped bass, bluefish, white perch, croaker, and other saltwater species.

Trips are available in April at the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay, the Susquehanna Flats, where anglers have the opportunity to catch that 'once in a lifetime' striped bass on top water.

In May through November trips on the Upper or Middle Chesapeake Bay in the State of Maryland become available. 

From December through January trips are available at the footwaters of the Chesapeake Bay.  Where you have the opportunity of catching quality and quantity of large striped bass. This is where the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (CBBT) crosses the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia.
